Established in 2004, Chengdu Changjiang Heat Shrinkable Materials Co., Ltd. (inherits from Chengdu Changjiang Heat Shrinkable Material Factory, founded in 1989) is a modern enterprise dedicated to design, manufacture, research and development of heat shrinkable materials series products. It is the largest production base for heat shrinkable products in China, and is awarded the high-tech enterprises honor by Chengdu Municipal Government.

The company is located in Chengdu Southwest Airport Development Zone, with an industrial park of 60,000 square meters for production and operation (construction area), and its annual production capacity of heat shrinkable tape (sleeve) is 3 million sets, with the following product lines: Heat-shrinkable tape (sleeve) for anti-corrosion of steel pipeline,Heat-shrinkable sleeve for joint sealing of plastic drainage pipeline,Heat Shrinkable Material for Thermal Insulation Pipeline,and Heat-shrinkable materials for steel-plastic conversion joints.We have become the partner of CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC and major domestic gas groups, heat pipeline companies and drainage companies.

All the products of the company have independent intellectual property rights, and the powerful fiber heat-shrinkable sleeving of Yangtze River Heat Shrinkage passed the product finalization appraisal of Chengdu Science and Technology Commission in 1992 as "the first domestic self-designed and successfully developed to fill the gaps in China", and has obtained more than seventy patents for utility models and inventions. And according to the national standard GB/T19001(idt 9001)"quality management system", GB/T24001 (idt ISO 14001)"environmental management system" and GB/T28001(idt ISO45001) "occupational health and safety management system" through the certification and implementation of control.
